Eligibility Criteria: Bank of Maharashtra Jobs 2025

• Nationality: Indian citizen / specific other categories as per Govt. rules.

• Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Integrated Dual Degree in any discipline with 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) from a recognised University/Institute.

  • OR Chartered Accountant.

  • Desirable: CMA / CFA / ICWA, JAIIB & CAIIB.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Public or Private Sector Bank; preference for candidates with experience in credit, branch head roles, or in-charge positions.

Age Limit (as on 31.07.2025):

• • Minimum: 22 years

  • Maximum: 35 years

  • Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC(NCL) – 3 yrs, PwBD – up to 15 yrs (as applicable).

Selection Process: Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment

1. Online Examination – 150 marks total:

   • English Language – 20 Qs (20 min)

   • Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Qs (20 min)

   • Reasoning Ability – 20 Qs (20 min)

   • Professional Knowledge – 90 Qs (60 min)

   • Negative Marking: -0.25 for each wrong answer.

2. Interview – 100 marks.

Final Merit: Online Exam & Interview in 75:25 ratio.
Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS – 50%, SC/ST/OBC/PwBD – 45%.
