Eligibility Criteria: GSET 2025
Education: You must have a UGC-specified Master’s degree in the subject you wish to appear for, or be in your final year, or have awaited your result.
Minimum marks:
General/General-EWS: 55% in PG (without rounding off)
SEBC (non-creamy layer)/SC/ST/PwD/Third gender: 50% in PG (without rounding off)
PG Diploma/Foreign degrees must be equivalent to Indian PG degrees (contact AIU for equivalence).
No upper age limit applies for GSET candidates.
Reservation Policy: As per the Government of Gujarat, benefits for reserved categories are available only to Gujarat state domiciles.

Selection Process and Exam Pattern: Gujarat SET 2025
The eligibility test consists of two papers, both compulsory and objective type (MCQs):
